My December.....and November

Our very own Rudolf inherited by Joey's parents...I told him there was no way in this life I would let him hang this thing up.....NO.....NO.....NO........No!!!!!!!

Ok then I changed my mind.....I figured it would be like Chuck E. Cheese in our own home, and If I wanted to make memories for my kids.....well they sure wouldn't forget this one. He sings and talks and you can plug him into your tv and ipods and he sings and talks along.

Joey earned his Wood Badge....beat my dad to it, but still working on beating him at darts.....and golf.

One of my most favorite pictures

WHAT THE HECK IS THIS??????NOT VERY ABSORBANT IS IT.

Had a fun day together on Joey's day off

Ok, it's been a long time but seriously...it feels like yesterday. Even my kids said that December went super fast. All the Holidays came and went and even though I know they will, it still amazes me how fast they do. So we are doing great. We had a great Thanksgiving at my parents with Grandma, Sid, Jeff and Michelle and their kids. Everyone looked great! We had a great Christmas visiting my family beforehand, and just hanging out doing nothing after. We now have Jennie and Daniel Baxter here in Tucson with us and are loving it. They are so much fun. And even though we are a noisy bunch and our little levi is a brat to Aaron, we have had bunches of fun. We sure wish we could spend time with all of you during these special holidays but hope you all had a memorable time.

Our special Christmas traditions are

Keeping a Christmas Journal, which includes recording Thanksgiving and Halloween events. The kids get to write in it also. We keep track of the Who What Where When and Why's of Christmas. I love it. If I forget, I know where to find it. The kids will never wonder..."What year was that?"

Christmas Eve Pj's of course...from Grandma Bainbridge

Christmas Eve ornaments...The kids get a special ornament every Christmas eve and so they will have their own stache to take with them when they start their own families. They love to pull their own out every year and put them up themselves. We keep track of who got what in our Journal.

Individual gingerbread houses for them to decorate however they want.

Reading "The Best Christmas Pagent Ever"

Reading out of the Bible

And among others...eating tons of complete junk, and making ourselves sick.

And my own tradition of throwing the junk away when Joey's not looking................just kidding Joey! Hahahaha....ha.....that was funny right?

Merry Christmas!!! And happy New Years!!!

Oh Carlie, thank you sooo much for posting. I LOVE the pics of your family. They are all so beautiful. We have enjoyed our time out in Utah with Kasch & Co. and 3 of our kids. The holidays do go too fast. Thanks for posting your family traditions, too. They are great ideas. We love you all and miss you much.
